What is iSamachar?
iSamachar is basically a consolidation of all the RSS News Feeds of some of the biggest dailies from India (and soon - the world). The word 'Samachar' itself means 'News' in the Indian national language Hindi.
What is a RSS News Feed?
RSS is an acronym for Really Simple Syndication. It is a document in an XML-based format whereby content from blogs and web-sites are delivered to RSS readers. Most RSS feeds include headlines and summaries.
Where can you get an RSS Feed reader?
Your iPhone does not need a separate RSS Reader. Whenever you select a particular RSS News Feed to read, the iPhone will automatically parse the selected feed through Apple's web-based RSS Feed reader.
iSamachar is not responsible for the content of the News Feeds as they are not generated by iSamachar. iSamachar only points you to it. All the RSS News Feeds are hosted and managed by the publishers of the dailies themselves, hence iSamachar cannot be held liabile for any information mis-printed or mis-interpreted by the dailies.
